The Conscious Equine Leadership Alliance is forming to provide empowering, inspired, conscious leadership in all areas of the Equine Industry. This includes all businesses types, organizations, sports and services. Our collective mission is to co-create, inspire and support a conscious, sustainable, new era, vibrant and healthy horse industry.

- Group Coaching on a variety of business issues

- Personal, Empowerment and Life Coaching
- Directory of Conscious Equine Businesses
The Alliance is accepting applications for a few Founding Members. Applicants will be deep in experience in one or more areas of equine business–and, very importantly, live a conscious life and demonstrate these same conscious practices in their business.
The Conscious Equine Leadership Alliance will co-create a positive difference in the horse industry for the people—and the horse. We are change-makers, leaders and progressive out-of-the-box thinkers. We are committed to being and inspiring the change we want to see in the industry and beyond. In other words—walking our talk. We will lead by example.
We believe that by being part of an Alliance we can make a bigger impact in a shorter period of time. It also represents the business model of a new era—Co-creation and collaboration.
